Buyers need to check those rules before purchase and use. Speed also changes the demands placed on braking distance, tire condition, visibility, and rider experience. Range claims often disappoint once hills, cold weather, and rider weight enter the picture. What does the stated 65 to 70 kilometer range actually tell customers?

Daniel Chen, Head of Product: It gives customers a reference point for planning, but it cannot describe every trip. The C01 uses a 48V18Ah battery, and the listed range reflects the product configuration under expected test conditions. Real use changes with motor demand, climbing, surface resistance, temperature, payload, and rider input. Daniel Chen, Head of Product: The strongest fit is a rider who values stability and mixed-surface use more than easy carrying. The same construction is less convenient for someone who must carry the bike up several flights of stairs, place it on a light vehicle rack, or store it in a narrow apartment entrance. What does the 150 kilogram maximum loading figure mean in day-to-day use, especially for riders carrying bags or work equipment?

Daniel Chen, Head of Product: It means the combined load needs to be considered, not the rider alone. Luggage and mounted accessories also contribute. Staying within the stated maximum is only one part of the decision; riders should distribute cargo securely and avoid changes that affect steering, braking, or visibility. A poorly placed bag can affect handling even when the total remains below the limit. Daniel Chen, Head of Product: They should start with delivery eligibility because the current product page limits service to selected European regions and excludes the United Kingdom and Nordic countries. Buyers should then confirm local compliance, assembly expectations, support, spare-part access, and the route from delivery point to storage. Tire pressure, brake condition, fasteners, and battery care should become routine. Customers should also describe the steepest part of their route and how they plan to transport the bike when they cannot ride it.
